Her diet and exercise program give her the energy to keep up her hectic schedule with her toddler and to travel with her husband, Chicago Bulls guard Greg Anthony. I became pregnant and was having a great time eating for two. After a few weeks, I began to gain weight too quickly and wanted to get on a fitness program that my doctor approved.*
Initially I was nervous about fitting my workouts in with a new baby and a busy schedule. Being married to a professional athlete can be chaotic and hectic. We travel a lot and we have an unpredictable schedule. I am a writer as well and that means I have a lot of deadlines. Victorias techniques translate to any workout facility and the nutrition plan is so functional that I follow it at restaurants all over the globe. And she taught me the importance of hydration. Now I never leave home without my water bottle. Today, almost two years after my sons birth, Im still in incredible shape. Ive got the physique and attitude that reflects Victorias teachings. The results from the program never go away. I am in better shape now than I was before I got pregnant. My stomach is flat, my thighs are sculpted and my husband loves the way I look in a swimsuit.
