I became pregnant and was having a great time eating for two. After a few weeks, I began to gain weight too quickly and wanted to get on a fitness program that my doctor approved.*

I can’t believe how incredible I felt. Victoria’s program was perfect for me because I loved being pregnant and I didn’t want to miss any part of the process. Victoria’s approach focused on me as a whole person. Her program involved the mind, body and spirit. I had a healthy delivery and I recovered so quickly. Because of the thoroughness of the program and the effectiveness of the training, I was up and back to working out in no time. Initially I was nervous about fitting my workouts in with a new baby and a busy schedule. Being married to a professional athlete can be chaotic and hectic. We travel a lot and we have an unpredictable schedule. I am a writer as well and that means I have a lot of deadlines.
